Summary: We decided to do a mini vacation, my family lives on Cumberland so we thought this would be a perfect way to feel like we were on vacation and spend time with family. Many memories were made, having the boat slip there was great for my BIL and sister to put there boat. Im a little confused why you are charged a 150.00 cleaning fee, you are asked to remove all the bedding and throw a load of towels in the washer, so make sure you bring laundry detergent. However when we arrived there was a load of towels in the dryer that had to be folded, there were 2 xtra blankets in the master bedroom and they smelled heavily of body odor, so i had to wash them, just confused we stay at a lot of VRBO and i have never had to make sure all the bedding was removed or start laundry, just wonder what the 150.00 cleaning fee is used for when the renter is doing a majority of the work, we left the place better then we found it. Over all the area is gorgeous, my grandson loved the pool and game room. vacation and

Summary: We always enjoy staging here - it's a great fit for our family of 6 & you can’t beat the location! My only suggestion would be to add a broom to the unit. Floors can get messy quickly with so many people in a small space! We bought & left one last summer, but didn’t see it this year! =) — Thanks for another great Lake Cumberland visit!

Summary: Spent a few days here for the second year in a row. Love Villager & being next to the pool. A good fit for family of 6. Greatly appreciate having a washer & dryer, too.

Summary: Great experience. Home was very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked & a ton of bath towels! Friendly & timely communication. If there’s ever an option for a pontoon rental to be part of the the daily rate, we’d love to spend the whole week.

Summary: Everything at this location was just as expected. Summer was super helpful and very good at communicating even when we arrived kind of late. If ever visiting the area again, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others as well!

Summary: Very clean and organized. We appreciated the little touches like the hand soap pumps at both sinks and brochures for nearby attractions. We also appreciated the bunk beds for our children. It is hard to find a reasonably priced place that accommodates our family of seven. This house was just right for a couple of nights. We did not have much of chance to explore the lake, but look forward to coming back for that!
